By the author:

“I set out on this project to document my hometown. It was an attempt to connect with a place that I had never truly engaged with or felt I belonged. It quickly became apparent that my connection lay not with the physical place, but with something more delicate. It was the fleeting moments, the light on a branch, the sound of shingle beneath the waves, the smell of fish at the harbour, invoking memories and feelings hidden within. In truth this could describe anywhere, but for me this is home.”
